I'm creating a website for our team so that i can update you on scheduling, events and thoughts on our team. I love coaching volleyball and it's a great to coach both the boys and girls teams. Last night, both teams did an excellent job doing well in their respective summer leagues. The girls won 8 of 9 while the boys pulled off 2 victories in two games.
Girls-
We really need to focus on strength training and conditioning.
Boys
